If you have recharged $40 on Coles Prepaid you have up to 250 minutes of standard international calls included (charged per minute). The following destinations are included: mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, UK and USA.
If you want to make calls to those destinations in excess of the 250 minutes included in your $40 recharge, then you can purchase either a $5 or $15 Extras Credit which has a 14 day expiry and can be used to make international calls (charged at the international rate to that destination). No, you are unable to make international calls using the 250 minutes to destinations outside of the 10 listed destinations. If you need to call a destination that is not included on that list then you will have to purchase either a $5 or $15 Extras Credit where standard international call rates will apply.

To protect our customers from unauthorised transfers/ports, an additional identity verification process is in place.
If you ask us to transfer your mobile number to Coles Mobile, you'll receive a once-off verification code via SMS to the mobile number you wish to transfer over. You'll then need to provide the code back to us before we go ahead with the transfer.
If you're signing up online, you'll need to provide the code when prompted.
Note: Once your number has switched over to Coles Mobile, your current service will be disconnected.
