As mentioned in the SMS we sent you, we're closing your current plan on 18 May 2018. On this date, we'll automatically switch you to the 'Coles Prepaid' plan. Remember any existing MyCredit and expiry will be carried over, and you'll get a one-off $20 recharge for use in Australia within 35 days. Heads up though, we'll only be able to apply your $20 recharge if you have credit on your service. Recharge expiry on the new plan is less days.

Any current recharge you have which expires before 18 May 2018 will be unaffected by these changes. However, any recharge with an expiry that falls later than this date will be automatically switched over to the new plan but you will keep any MyCredit and expiry you already have. All recharges made from 18 May 2018 will have the new inclusions listed in the table above. Recharge expiry on the new plan is less days. Check your current recharge expiry by texting 'BAL' to 9999.
